In honor of the Olympics, we made cupcakes! (Really, what else would we make?) I had just come home from a tiring week at dance, and thought these cupcakes were going to be the traumatic end to my week. But they were good, and actually, if I don’t say so myself, great! I used a book called Scrumptious Cupcakes, and made the icing recipe, and marbled cupcake recipe. The combination was great, and the added adornment of the Olympic rings in chocolate didn’t hurt a bit. What did you think of the opening ceremonies?
