Lace details can make anything look more feminine. That’s why I decided to do a sweater reconstruction, and add lace detailing to a rather plain pullover sweater. I had a roll of lace for some reason at my house, but you can just buy some at a local craft or fabric store. Make sure it is at least the length of your sweater, from the neckline to the bottom. You also need some scissors, thread that is the same color as the lace, and a sewing machine. You could do it by hand, but it may be messy unless you use extremely small stitches which is time consuming.
Measure the lace from neckline to bottom like I said before. Make sure if it’s a v-neck that you cut the lace in a v at the top to shape it properly. Then sew on all sides. And then your done! Crazy simple, right?
